The North Shore Family Health Team would like you to join us in welcoming Patti and Elizabeth to the team.

We are happy to announce that until March 31/26 we have Patti Spade offering virtual counselling. Patti started with us in December, and several people have benefited from her services. Her counselling is short term, but she and the rest of the team will work with you if you decide you will need additional services once she is done.

Elizabeth Adduono will be providing counselling, general life coaching and can also support people in illness education/awareness and palliative care conversations.

We would prefer that people complete an intake with our care coordinator, Lisa Tymko, and she will then connect you with Patti or Elizabeth.

Lisa has extensive knowledge of community resources and can help you decide on a path that best fits your needs. To book an appointment with Lisa, you can call your doctor's office and leave a message
